Professional Experience                                                    Mr. Berarducci has over twenty years of experience in the profession, working on numerous corporate headquarters' sites, urban streetscapes and plazas, resort design, public and private school and university site design and urban and suburban residential design.  Since the establishment of his private practice firm in 1995, he has consulted with reputable area architects on numerous university and preparatory school projects throughout New England and the Mid-west, including:  Denison University, Granville OH; Kenyon College, Gambier OH; and The University of New Hampshire, Durham NH.  He was also the landscape architect for several urban projects in Boston's historic South End including:  1601 Washington St./Cumston St. development; The Area D-4 Police Station on Harrison Ave.; and the Lawrence Court townhouse development at Dartmouth St. and Columbus Avenue.

Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Berarducci held positions with Boston's more prestigious and internationally renowned landscape architectural firms.  In his seven years as Associate with Sasaki Associates, Inc., Watertown MA, his experience focused on urban streetscape and plaza design, and corporate headquarters' site design, including Court Street revitalization, Cincinnati OH, and CityPlace Center, Dallas TX, a 30-acre development for the Southland Corporation, with New York architect Araldo Cossuta.  As an Associate with the SWA Group, Boston MA, he worked on the Waldenbooks corporate headquarters, Stamford CT.  As an Associate with The Halvorson Co., Inc., Boston MA, he was the landscape architect for the Boylston Street Improvements Master Plan Design.

Commissions/Appointments Mr. Berarducci is a Commissioner on the Boston Landmarks Commission (BLC) and sits on the BLC Design Review Committee.

Mr. Berarducci was appointed to  the Fort Point Channel Landmark District Study Committee where he serves as the Chair.
